Because of the limited- edition nature of our products, we do not offer Refunds, however we do allow exchanges on non-custom pieces. ALL PRE ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If you have questions, we recommend your contact our customer care team prior to purchasing and refer to our sizing Guide to ensure you order the correct size.
Exchanges
Pardon My Melanin does not accept exchanges on custom pieces. Exchanges are allowed only on non-custom pieces within 3 business days of receipt. Customer must: Please contact within 3 days of item delivery to request an exchange Customer is responsible for returns shipping fee and/ or additional costs incurred from shipment Return shipment must be received within 7 days of the delivered date Item must be sent back in new condition, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
